Position/Incumbent Report - by FTE

I am trying to create an analysis that lists the current active positions, by department, the position FTE and all employees assigned to the position and their FTE to ultimately end up with a calculated field showing the position FTE - the number of FTE's assigned to employees and then the over/under. I can get the position FTE to show, but as soon as I added the employee and their FTE, the position FTE column repeats. If I choose to suppress it, it still shows for each employee name that is listed on the report. Ultimately I would like to
