Import Work Centers from CSV does not populate Shifts

I imported Maintenance Work Centers using 'Import from CSV File' in the Functional Setup Manager. I populated all the CSV files including ORA_WORK_CENTER_RESOURCE. When work centre is created, resources are assigned but Shift field is empty. See the word document attached for screenshots.

1.      Why did this happen? Is there a way to populate this field when I load work centers?

2.      I have over 320 work centers that I have to fix manually. Is there a process to quickly fix them all?
