how to get previous salary information in fast formula

Summary:

Using compensation default and override ff, can i get prior salary information?

Content (required):

The DBI CMP_ASSIGNMENT_SALARY....... has the current salary information for the current assignment. I'm trying to default a proration % and I need to see not just the current but prior salary changes as well.

For example, an employee got the last salary for merit on 2/1/20. On 5/20 a promotion salary change and on 7/1/20 the employee got a market adjustment. The proration % would not be 1.00 since there have been 2 salary changes since 2/1/20. However, the 7/1/20 market adjust can not be used to calculation the proration and the 5/20 salary change can. We only want Hire/Rehires or Promotional/Demotion changes to be prorated of less than 1.0. All other employees are to be 1.0. Can i achieve this in FF? via Context or other?

Howdy, Stranger!
