Is notification is sent when Journey is assigned to the assignee.(On Journey Level)

Summary:

Currently, there is way to send notification on task level for different statuses like Assigned, Completed, Updated etc.

But, is there is way to send notification on Journey Level? Journey consist of many tasks not every time business want to get notified.

So, requirement is to send notification on journey level
