Our clients need a way to allocate budgets based on the Employee's parameters and the Compa-ratio from the UDT
Content (required):
Our clients want to allocate budgets very accurately in order to make the compensation allocation closest to Employee Retention.
They want the following to be taken into consideration
- Performance Ratings
- Grades
- Compa -Ratio wrt Position, i.e. the salary the Employee is getting against the standard Market Rate for that Position. This will be fed via a UDT
- Compa -Ratio wrt Job, i.e. the salary the Employee is getting against the standard Market Rate for that Job. This will be fed via a UDT
