Can we automatically add payroll details while we open the payroll relationship page for a person?

This is regarding payroll relationship page of an employee in person management page. We have been working on payroll details section using autocomplete rules inside the payroll relationship page where payroll name will be populated based on the person LE detail when we click on create (+) icon in payroll detail section , now we have a requirement where payroll name has to be created automatically without clicking the create (+) icon on payroll detail section.

This automatic payroll creation has to be accomplished directly when we open the payroll relationship page.
