How to assign Job Requisition to a Recruitment Team

Need to assign the Job Requisition to a Recruitment Team rather than Specific Recruiter

Hello,

In the current functionality the Hiring Manager will have to select a Recruiter (The drop down list all the Employees even if they have nothing to do with recruiting) while creating the Requisition.

Requirement:

Define Recruitment Teams (Could be based on Area of Responsibility) and the Hiring Manager can select the proper Recruitment Team rather than an Employee.

or

Requisition gets assign automatically to a group of Recruiters based on the "Recruiting Type".
