Upload Compensation Change Statements using HDL

Hi,
When compensation change statements are processed in a compensation plan, the statement is visible under the following navigation to employees through Self Service:
Me -> My Compensation -> Compensation Change Statements
If we do not want to create the change statements through Oracle Compensation and create the change statement PDFs externally (outside the system), is it possible to use an HDL to upload these compensation change statements to Oracle? If uploaded through HDL, would they be visible under the same navigation (Me -> My Compensation -> Compensation Change Statements) ?
