Summary:

As a government contractor, we are required to ask for demographic, veteran and disability information from applicants pre-hire and then from new hires post-offer.

Content (required):

In HCM Design Studio, there is a delivered rule for the action 'Recruiting - Candidate Application Diversity and Disability' that is blocking us from requiring the demographic questions to be answered.

Our own rules are overridden since the delivered rule takes precedence.

Has anyone had any luck with turning it on? We may need to run this request through Oracle to allow edit access to the delivered rule.
