Direct Deposit - Taleo Delivered Fields
Does anyone use the delivered direct deposit fields in taleo onboarding? I'm trying to understand if they provide any advantage over our user-defined fields that we currently use.
We run into some issues with candidates entering incorrect information for their direct deposit. We utilize input masking to ensure the number of digits for the routing and account number are correct, but that doesn't prevent the candidate from entering the wrong information for their account (i.e., some account and routing numbers cannot start or end with a specific digit, or are supposed to start with specific digits).
