Employee historical rows

Summary:

Looking to get a report of all employees in the system and all of their historical records. If we run the Worker Assignment Real time subject, it can pull historical records. but if a job code had effective date changes over time or a department changed overtime, it only shows current information in the structure table. how can we run a historical report in OTBI that also pulls in the workforce structure information based on effective date rather than just current info.
