Cannot access previously created files.

Summary: Cannot access files created as "opc" user after setup is complete.

Content (required):

Created an instance. Initially it allowed to login as opc user. sudo privileges were available. Got an email saying account setup is complete. Now opc user after login shows as a different user. Previously created files are not visible/accessible. For example /var/www/html/*. Http server is still running.

No sudo access as well. Not sure how this compute instance is usable.
