Prevent multiple journeys from triggering when Update Assignment EFF action occurs

edited Sep 4, 2023 7:12PM in Journeys 2 comments

Summary:

We have four journeys that are based on action 'Update Assignment EFF', when an employee adds assignment EFF through employee self-service, all four journeys are triggered and allocated to the employee.

We want one specific journey to trigger when addition assignment EFF is added. How can we prevent it? Is it possible to trigger a journey based on specific context of EFF?
