Logo in Notification Problem

Hello,
We would to insert a logo in the Recruiting notification, We have put the following code inside the notification source code:

It is visible in the preview mode as we can see from the screeshots, but when it arrive to the candidate, the logo is not correctly showed.
We also try to convert the image in base64, but after we save the preview mode the image disappear.
How we can solve the problem? Is there a work around?
