Position Details with Grade Minimum and Maximum

Summary:

I am trying to get a report of all active positions, their grades and pull in grade min and max. I don't want to base this off of worker assignment since I want all active positions regardless of whether or not there is a worker assigned to the position. I found a similar SQL here and was trying to modify it to come from POSITION REAL TIME and can't get it to work.
