OFS to B2BSVC Activity Update OOTB integration is not getting Triggered

Summary:

I am using the Oracle HCM - Oracle Field Service | Create and manage OFS resources Recipe to bring in the data into OFS from HCM. As per the Oracle docs (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/field-service/21c/faint/configure-the-recipe.html#configure-the-recipe) .

We are able to move Work Order update from B2B to OFS but when Activity is either getting created or updated in OFS, then integration is not getting triggered.


This is "Oracle OFS B2BSVC Activity" OOTB integration and it works based on Activity event.

We are having this trigger is not getting triggered when Activity is either getting created or updated in OFS.
