Duplicate Goal Plans in drop down box, unable to add goal
Summary: Worker is seeing duplicate goal plans when selecting goal plan from drop down box, also cannot add a new goal
Content (required): We have a worker whose Goal Plan drop down selection box is showing only 2021 Goal Plans. The worker was hired 8/2/2021, so he should not be seeing any previous goal plans. He is also unable to add new goals.
I checked for another worker with a similar hire date and she is not experiencing any issues with the goal plan or adding goals.
Any ideas what could be causing this? I likely will have to open an SR but wanted to see if anyone is experiencing a similar issue.
