BPA upload lines - purpose of fields - fields and columns in file types 'Tab-delimited Text' versus 'POBlanketPurchaseAgreementImportTemplate' (Excel version)

I need your help.
We are currently testing our Oracle Cloud solution in a sandbox.
We have decided to use two methods to upload lines to BPAs:
· Upload lines via 'Supplier Portal' or directly in the system using the file format 'Tab-delimited Text'
· Upload lines using the file POBlanketPurchaseAgreementImportTemplate (Excel-file from which a CSV-file can be generated)

I need to know which kind of information the 45 columns in the Text-file are ment for.
