Removing 'Manage Payment Process Request Template' create/Edit access from custom role

We have copied Accounts Payable Supervisor role & created custom role. Now we want to remove 'Manage Payment Process Request Template' create/Edit access from this custom role. which privileges/data policy/role Hierarchy need to be update/remove from custom role
