I need the earliest date we moved ANY candidate into Interview step/status on a filled reqs report
Summary:
My main filter is on FILLED reqs so it is only pulling in the max interview step/status for the hired candidate. I need to know this for all candidates that landed in an interview step/status. If I do the min on historical start date then it gives me the data for the hire alone and I know we have other candidates who were interviewed before the HIRE.

Here is what I have so far. It only gets the data on the hired candidate. How do I tell it to show me the earliest date for any candidate? Do I need a separate report for this since I'm filtering on FILLED reqs?
