Move to HR does not move contract data for internal candidates

Summary:

In create offer form you have the possibility to specify contract data. When you move to HR this candidate and go to "manage job offers" quick action in order to complete the action, the contract details section is not visible. When you submit this action, the system update correctly the assignment with new information but not the contract section. It seems that the system looses contract information that we added during offering creation.

Here below the steps that I followed:

1. In ORC I created the offer for an internal candidate specifying contract data and the action (an assignment change action)
