Enterprise Hire Date DBI is retuning Offer date instead of Hire date

Summary:

We have used Enterprise Hire Date DBI to fetch the hire date of any employee.

We have also implemented ORC so a candidate's offer is first created and then they are hired in to the system but now instead of actual Hire date , The DBI is fetching the offer date.

Please pour you ideas if anyone faced this issue.
