Making changes (bulk) to the compensation worksheet after data is transferred back to HR

Compensation plan is locked once salary changes are transferred back to HR

Hi,


We just completed our compensation plan and transferred the comp data back to HR. Doing this, locked the plan and prevents any further changes.


However, the business wants to include a breakup of the annual salary in the compensation change statements. For this, the components are calculated externally and are need to be imported in the user-defined numeric columns. From there, the data would be pulled by the change statement template.


The 2 options I am aware of are:


1. Within the compensation worksheet, go to "Export - Manage in Workbook", make the changes and upload back to plan
