Summary: We have a requirement where from a BOM machine only a part come to depot for repair. But mostly customer do advance exchange scenarios. And then they repair the returned part later part.

Currently what is happening:

Shipped part is going to link with Parent Asset only when we receive the defective part. But many times customer do not send the defective part back. Can we achive this? I see there is one option in Order Line Type in Service Activity setup 'Cancel the Item'
