It has been noted that the comments made by managers in the approval of a termination are only part of workflow and can not be reported on. Is there a different place in the application where the manager can comment that WILL be part of OTBI reporting... or someplace where an HR person can copy and paste the manager's workflow comments so that it can be retained for reporting. Valuable information is in the workflow comment by the manager and we would like to include these details in a report to Administration.
