Error while navigating from Position business object to 'Get HCM Position Hierarcy'

Summary:

We have requirement to get parent position during "Request a New Position" and "Request a Position Change" Actions, and using Get HCM Position Hierarchy to navigate from position business object. But getting null pointer exception - Cannot invoke method reset() on NULL object

We are trying to get the parent position from the position business object. We have used Get_first_row(Get HCM Position Hierarchy), but getting null pointer exception
