HCM Extract - COBRA Vendor WageWorks Extract

Hi

we are working on an extract to WageWorks for the COBRA coverage for terminated employees. This extract inlcudes both the Employees and their dependents with the plans that they were enrolled in.

Do you have any HCM Extract created for this?

Is this something that you can share if you have one with you.
