recruitingCandidatePIIData not returning Candidate PII data in payload

Summary:

We have some requirements to leverage Candidate sensitive information to manage person/relationship records in our internal Person Management system. We are using delivered recruiting REST APIs to do so. Has anyone successfully used the recruitingCandidatePIIData Endpoint?

Content (required):

• We have set up appropriate security for ORA_IRC_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_CANDIDATE_BACKGROUND _CHECKS  role to gain access to the API.
• Test PII for national id and citizenship info has been added for Candidates through job req application.
• Calling service through PostMan returns 200 OK with no result.

Has anybody been successful in querying this data through the API?
