Unable to edit delivered RTF report template
Summary: Unable to edit delivered RTF report template
Content (required): Hi, I'm attempting to edit the benefits summary delivered RTF template. The issue I'm running into is that the reference field for some objects are shown as, for example, <?ref:xdo0001?>. I've tried using BI Publisher's Options -> Options -> Build -> Form field size -> Backward Compatible, but this seems to have no effect on the reference field as it stays the same after applying the changes. Additionally, I've also tried logging into the XMLP server via Publisher plug-in but would receive an error upon trying to retrieve the report results(and the retrieve template option was greyed out).
