Process Inventory Transaction Lines as a Group - OM Parameter

Summary: Hello, Did anyone have idea on this parameter which in OM Parameter ?

Set to Yes and Order Management will send all order lines that allow inventory transactions to Inventory Management together and process them as a group for each sales order. Set to No to process them individually.

Content (required):

If all lines(shippable) are in shipset, this will anyway be sent to Inventory at one go.

If lines are not in shipset, how will this option help. Would this restrict pick release if any one line's quantity is not available ? Just like Enforce Shipsets ?
