Base Salary Change Amount incorrectly calculating for hourly employees

Hello! We are currently facing an issue with our hourly employees in the workforce compensation module. When we add an Increase % for Merit, the Base Salary Change Amount is rounding down, which in turn adjusts the Base Salary Percentage Change field.

In the screenshot below, the Total Pay Change Amount (delivered as Base Salary Change Amount) should calculate to be .597, which would round up to .60. However, it is rounding down to .59. This is is causing issues. How can we change that field to round up correctly?
