Looking for any feedback from someone who has setup and implemented a SMS provider in ORC

Per an Oracle doc on setting up an SMS provider we are exploring the two mentioned integrations with Twilio and Syniverse. Looking for any feedback on anyone who has used either of them or any feedback on any other carriers. How was the process and how is it working
