How to concat a repeating element value

Summary:

I have to build an integration.We send a request and we get an XML response.We are consuming the message from the outbound queue.Attaching the XML message.I want to concatinate the document name element from OneOF tag.All the document name under OneOf tag should be concatenate by a delimter.And then this should be sent in email.There can be one or more one of tag.I am not able to concatenate this. Is this possible in OIC.
