Quick Search Results Discrepancy
When I do a quick search using a candidates last name (Smith), I get 300 results and do not find the candidate (John Smith) that I'm looking for, but when I use a first name (John), I get 217 results and am able to find that candidate (John Smith) in question.
Does anyone know why I wouldn't be getting this candidate (John Smith) in both searches? I'm guessing it has to do with how the large searches (300+ results) are handled, but I'm only on week 2 of working with this software so needless to say I'm quite green and still learning.
