[SUGGESTION] Allow boot volumes under 50GiB

Basically, the least possible size for the boot volume supplied during the creation of a compute instance cannot be lower than 50GiB. Are there any rationale behind it that I missed? If not, wouldn't it be great to get rid of the limit? I wouldn't need that much space for a tiny little instance sometimes...
