OTBI - Not returning Most Current Assignment Row

OTBI - returning more than just the Most Current Assignment Row. This began happening after our 21C update.

Hi,

I'm creating an OTBI report using subject areas Workforce Management - Assignment Event Real time and Workforce Management - Person Real time. I have added a measure from both subject areas.

I also tried this with the "Show Total value for all measures on unrelated dimensions" both checked and unchecked, and have the same results.

When the report runs, I am getting multiple assignment rows, instead of just the most current row, which is what I want.

I have tried adding a RANK on the person number as a column, RANK("Worker"."Assignment Number" by "Worker"."Person Number"), which worked in the past but no longer seems to assist in pulling in the most current row.
