Background check causing requisition not to Autofill
Summary:
We have Autofill marked Yes on our requisition templates. This works most of the time. This does not work when we have multiple candidates on the requisition and we launch a background check and hire that person.
Has anyone else experienced this and have a work around?

We opened and SR but not really getting anywhere. The list of reasons that they say could be causing this has grown to the following:
The hired candidate cannot have an error when moving to HR.
Other candidates can't be active in a post offer phase and state.
They are also trying to say that if the requisition is still posted, then it won't autofill.
