ORC Job Req's or Offer Letters - IF Statements/or Clauses

Is there a way to hard code an an interaction, attachment or IF Statement in every single Job Req?

The idea is that we could have a hard coded “approved clauses” that prepopulates in every Job Req, then recruiters could download that and amend and not the job offer's letter

This then would then make our offer templates much shorter. And reduce the need to download and amend prior to sending.

Thus when if we ever need to update the clauses then we’re only updating the one document and not every single offer letter

at the moment our Offer Letters for the US are several pages long as they each have all the "variations" of clauses we could have
