Need a Fast Formula - compensation default and override to populate manager hierarchy

We have an OBIEE report that has 5 levels of manager hierarchy. We would like to have similar columns in our workforce compensation bonus plan. Assuming we can create a FF to gather. Does anyone have an example of the below results from OBI in a workforce comp sheet?
