Can we add conditions for Job Model Profile in fast formula

Content (required):

We have a requirement where the Client wants to trigger Performance Documents if description changes in the Job Model profile.

For example, if 5 jobs are attached to 1 Job Model Profile, and any description changes occur in it then a certain Performance Document should be triggered.
