ORC - Confidential Requisition

Hi,

is there any way to set up a confidential requisition in ORC? Basically, only when needed, the recruiter should have the possibility to make the requisition visible only to herself, and not to other recruiters with the same scope of responsibility (the job requisition security profile is set by Organization in this case).

Is there any way to achieve this?
