Action to use for Off Boarding

Summary:

Off Boarding Journey only when the worker "left" the company

Content (required):

We created a Off Boarding journey using the Action "Termination". The problem is when you have a change of worker type (contingent => employee) you need to "terminate" the first work relationship. Then even if the worker has not left our Company it will have automatically assigned the Journey.
