Remove Person Information Process: Status Error

Hello,

The client requires to use the Remove Person Information Process. We followed the following document https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/20d/faihm/removing-person-information.html#FAIHM4140700

However, we are experiencing an issue when withe the Status of the Remove Person Information. It returns an error, as you can see in the attached screenshot.

Have anyone else experienced this issue before? If yes, how did you resolve this problem? Are we maybe missing any steps when we are configuring the process?
