I was looking for Invidual Compensation Action Reasons (Why section) but I am not able to find it. If I search Manage Individual Compensation, I can find the action and add the reasons but I can't find the reason anywhere.

Is it working as Disigned?

How reasons are managed for Individual Compensation?
