Summary: I am looking for calculating turnover 12 months from a certain date month by month. But I want the period start date to remain the same as the start month of the 12 month period.

I have calculated the running sum for termination, but I am unable to get a static period start headcount for each month.

So basically every when I am looking back say as of 30-Sep-2021, so for 01-Oct 2020 until 01-Sep-2021 the period start headcount should be as of 01-Oct-2020 and then I calculate the turnover rsum(term headcount)/period start(default)+ period end/2


Is there way to achieve this?
