How to Report Standard Hours for .75 FTE Exempt Employees
Summary: We need to have the appropriate total hours displayed for exempt employees who are less than 1 FTE.
Content (required): For our exempt employees who are less than 1 FTE, the hours reported on their paystub and on the quarterly UI tax file list hours as if they are a FTE of 1 working the standard 2080 hours. For example the hours associated with a .75 employee should be 1560 annually and should display 130 hours/month (1560/12) but are displaying 173 hours/month (2080/12). Is there a way to correct this so it is accurate on the pay slip and on the quarterly tax file?
