No data in balances when using Natural Account Segment

Summary:

When working with Subject Area General Ledger - Balances Real Time I cannot see any data in balances: Beginning Balance, Period Net Activity and Ending Balance when I combine with Natural Account Segment hierarchies. There is data in the balances columns if I do not combine with NAS.
