How do you make a connection for OBN

Oracle has changed their setup for Collaboration Messaging Service Provider and I’m running into issues…

 



 

There is no OSN anymore… I’m having problems with getting a connection with Office Depot (An error occurred when signing in to the punchout site. The error code is 701. (POR-2010668)) so looked to the setup shown...

 

The error message states that I need network connection credentials for an Admin (my user does). I’ve tried another user as well to no avail.

 

The path for this is Manage Collaboration Messaging Service Provider > search for OBN and Edit it > Account Setup > Create Connection. My thinking was the Network User Name would be an administrator from OBN (which I am) – I tried the generic user previously set up as well…
