Hi,

This is odd but I can't seem to figure this out so looking for some help. Whenever I try to test JPNs in staging, I can't because I always get "0 matching candidates." Even when we just refreshed our staging environment so I know there are requisitions that have matching candidates. Even when I set up a scenario where a candidate's preferences match those of a job I'm trying to post, I still get "0 matching candidates."

I want to test the functionality of the automatic JPNs with 21C but I can't get too far.

Has anyone encountered this, or might know why this happens?
