Summary:

I tried to delete my prior question regarding JPNs (I couldn't), so I could consolidate into one topic because I know I'm going to have further questions, and maybe others want a thread to talk about this too.

My other thread is labeled "Job Posting Notifications - How to engage candidates to subscribe?" because I'm looking for an easier way to draw candidates to this. Our current set-up is for candidates to choose their preferences in the general profile, but finding that under the name drop-down in the top right corner is difficult.
